The School of Environmental Studies belongs to the Kenyatta University in Nairobi, Kenia. It conducts teaching and research over the broad range of areas which is crucial to understanding the interactions between the natural and human components of the environment. The area of specialization of this department is: forestry and forest influences, agroforesty, climate change and food security, REDD+ and community participation in natural resources management.
