The “basin-info” network has been initiated by a research group of the Institute for Technology and Resources Management in the Tropics and Subtropics and consists today of numerous partners working in the area of river basin assessment and management. Looking back on decades of working in different river basins worldwide, the group has realized the need to document the case studies and concluded research for stakeholders and researchers.

Basin.info encourages scientists, educators and stakeholders working in the water sector to contribute with their knowledge and information to jointly benefit from a transparent and integrated water resources management.
